Sriracha sauce is one of the different basic sauces. Sriracha sauce is a red colored spicy chili sauce made from fresh chili peppers, garlic, vinegar, sugar and salt. The origin of this sauce is in Thailand. And is named after the port of Sriracha.

In addition to dipping sauce, this seasoning can also be used as a marinade or part of a wok sauce. Sriracha sauce is not only used for Asian dishes.
