In our range you can find 2 types of Chinese sausage: Lạp xưởng mai quế lộ and Lạp xưởng 5 herbs

The dried Chinese sausage is often steamed and then eaten with a stir-fry dish, steamed dish and/or fried rice. Both sausages are made from fatty pork and seasoned with spices. Lạp xưởng mai quế lộ is made with Mei kuei lu liqueur. This rose petal liqueur gives the sausage a sweet flavor.These are often stir-fried in fried rice.
