Frozen | Roasted duck

Nguyen Oriental Foods has duck in the frozen poultry range.

We offer raw, unmarinated duck and duck breast within our range. You can also contact us for the lacquered / roasted duck breast that has already been marinated.

The duck is hung dry after plucking, cleaning and washing. Then it is marinated in several layers with a marinade of soy sauce, five-spice powder and maltose. After this it is roasted in the oven until the duck skin has a brown sheen.
