You can also find the Serva wok sauces in our range. The serva sauces all have those real authentic Chinese flavors and are ready to use. We have all the flavors: the gon bao, yu hsiang, hui kuo and ma po sauce.

Gon bao sauce is a traditional Chinese sauce mainly made from chili peppers, garlic, onions and oyster sauce. Ideal with shrimp or beef in combination with some vegetables. Also known as kung pao, they use the same sauce here. The taste is a good balance between spicy and sweet.

Yu hsiang sauce is mainly made from spicy bean paste, garlic, onions, ginger and tomato paste. Roughly translated, yu hiang sauce, hot garlic sauce. Especially known in the Sichuan kitchen. A very good basis for, for example, stir-fried minced meat with eggplant.

Hui kuo sauce is mainly made from spicy bean paste, soy sauce, ginger, rice wine and garlic. It is a hot stir-fry sauce, suitable for chicken and pork with vegetables. .

Ma po sauce is mainly made from spicy bean paste, garlic, salt, sugar and rice wine. The sauce is often used with tofu with possibly minced meat. It is slightly spicy because of the pepper.
